Refund & Return Policy (Vintage Items Only)

We deal in authentic vintage and pre-owned pieces and take great care in ensuring they are packed securely. Please review our policy:

  1. Damaged on Delivery

    • If your item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and share clear pictures/videos as proof.

    • Once your claim is verified, we will request your bank details and process the refund directly.

  2. Returns by Customer

    • If you wish to return an item, it must be sent back in its original condition and packaging.

    • Please note that if the item is damaged or broken during return transit, we will not be able to issue a refund. Safe packaging and secure return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

  3. Quality & Buyer’s Remorse

    • As we are resellers, not manufacturers, returns cannot be accepted for reasons such as:

      • Perceived differences in quality

      • Change of mind or personal preference after purchase

  4. Refund Timeline

    • Verified refunds (for eligible cases only) will be processed via bank transfer within 7 working days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
