We deal in authentic vintage and pre-owned pieces and take great care in ensuring they are packed securely. Please review our policy:

Damaged on Delivery
- If your item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and share clear pictures/videos as proof.
- Once your claim is verified, we will request your bank details and process the refund directly.
Returns by Customer
- If you wish to return an item, it must be sent back in its original condition and packaging.
- Please note that if the item is damaged or broken during return transit, we will not be able to issue a refund. Safe packaging and secure return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Quality & Buyer’s Remorse
- As we are resellers, not manufacturers, returns cannot be accepted for reasons such as:
  - Perceived differences in quality
  - Change of mind or personal preference after purchase
